ME

I was practically born holding a camera in one hand and a submarine periscope in the other—giving me a uniquely interesting perspective on life. After spending 15 adventurous years beneath the waves serving in the Royal Navy aboard submarines, I surfaced ready to channel my creativity into something slightly less aquatic.

Swapping torpedoes for typography, I founded and successfully ran my own creative agency, bringing compelling visual stories to life. My passion for photography dates back to when I was just 15, fueling an ever-growing obsession with vintage cameras—so extensive it rivals any museum.

Cinema and creativity run deep in my DNA, thanks to a childhood spent exploring film sets during school holidays alongside my dad, a special effects technician. Those early adventures sparked an enduring love for film and storytelling.

Throughout my career, I've embraced all kinds of cutting-edge technology—from HDR and 8K filming to drone and FPV drone cinematography—ensuring my clients always receive the latest innovations, whether they're ready for them or not. Currently, I'm exploring the fascinating world of artificial intelligence to see firsthand if it truly holds the potential to change everything.

Today, as a Creative Director, I specialize in creating visually dynamic TV commercials and promos, particularly for theatre. I've been fortunate enough to work on acclaimed West End shows such as Mamma Mia!, Wicked, and Jersey Boys. When I'm not behind the camera or immersed in film, you'll likely find me hunting down yet another vintage camera for my collection or sharing exaggerated tales from my submarine days—most of which are (probably) true.
